Transfer from Fortaleza airport, check-in at the stay your Beach Estate advisor arranged, and alignment dinner to open the week: shortlist, sector specialist, and which exclusive ground services are already reserved on the plan.

Six to eight properties in one day, in the order the light favours them. Notes and photos sent to you the same night.
Second look and the neighbourhood
Back to the two or three that stood out, at a different hour. Supermarket, clinic, school and beach — the boring details that decide it.
A day in the life
No properties. Morning on the sand at the Beach Hub Caramanchão — beach tennis, volleyball, a jangada or dune buggy with licensed partners — then dinner where the locals eat. You are testing the week you would actually live.
The numbers
Morning at the table with the lawyer and the currency broker: total cost, taxes, timeline, visa. Afternoon free.
The quiet second opinion
Your favourite once more, unannounced and at a different hour, then the day is yours — beach, dunes, or nothing at all. Time to sleep on the numbers, twice.
Decision or departure
If you are ready, we sign the offer. If not, no pressure — the dossier goes home with you and the shortlist stays open.
